GICLÉE Prints

Giclée is the process of making fine art inkjet prints. They are printed in my studio on St Cuthbert's Mill 190gsm Bockingford watercolour inkjet paper using light-fast pigment inks. They are in editions of 50 and signed and numbered.
£85 prints are A3 (42x30cms). £65 and £55 prints are A4 (21x30cms).

PORTRAITS

The portraits are oil on fine linen. They are painted from a combination of sittings and photographs. The fee starts at £3000.

COPIES OF PORTRAITS

The portraits shown are life-size copies of the originals and were done from photographs of the originals and/or from the actual paintings using old master techniques.The fee starts at £2000.

STILL LIFES

The still lifes of favourite objects: the selection of the objects is done in consultation with the client, and are chosen for their colour, texture, shape and size, as well as the clients' level of affection for the objects. The fee is priced per object and is usually between £200 and £250 each. All the work is on fine linen.

Dispatch

All postage within the British mainland is free. For dispatch abroad a fee will be charged at the standard rate.

A SHORT BIOGRAPHY

Robert Tilleard was born in England in 1949. After Canterbury College of Art he did a degree at Bristol College of Art (inc.the Radio, Film and Television course at the University) and a post-graduate course in teaching at Brighton. After studying stone lithography in France (and his first one-man show in Monte Carlo) he received a major bursary from the Southern Arts Association. He was a wood engraver and etcher and is a painter, a portrait painter, photographer, film-maker of sorts, poet and book binder.
